We are ex neighbors of Chuck and Echo, and we are very saddened about the news of Chuck. They were the best neighbors we have ever had and enjoyed the conversations and playing with Angel too. He was a great man and a great friend with a big heart and always seemed to help others in time of need and will of course be missed. I still have the army key ring knife tool he gave me one year for Christmas, its still on my keychain and I use it alot, every time I do it reminds me of Chuck and Echo. Echo we would like to see you sometime soon, let us know when its good for you. Take care please and you are in our prayers.
