Obituary of Keith Glenn Pettigrew
Please share a memory of Keith to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Keith Glenn Pettigrew passed away at his home in Lake Havasu City, AZ on July 13, 2023.
He was born in Denver, CO on July 28th, 1946, to Charles Glenn and Lena Elizabeth Pettigrew. He is survived by his son, David Pettigrew, daughter, Lisa McConnell, grandchildren Taylor Schwenk (Benny), Cayden Pettigrew, Madilyn and Kacey McConnell and his beloved doggie Sweet Pea. Along with nephews, niece and their families.
Keith made his home in Lake Havasu City AZ in 2008 after living a full life surrounded by his family in Denver, CO.
He held many professions throughout his lifetime, entrepreneur, home builder, auto collision technician, hot rod & race car builder.
Anyone who knew Keith, knew his passion and knowledge for classic cars and racing circle tracks. If he wasn’t behind the wheel, he was on the pit crew and in later years was happy to spectate from the stands.
Keith was a gentle soul who never met a stranger. His favorite pastime in retirement was taking his best friend, Sweet Pea to the dog park and catching up with his many friends and all the fur babies.
He left a lasting impression on anyone he met. Rather it be his contagious smile, mischievous twinkle in his eyes or the newest joke he was ready to tell.
Keith will be dearly missed by so many, and the lasting memories will carry on his legacy.
