Andrew T. Mortland Jr., of Lake Havasu City, Arizona went to be with the Lord on March 30, 2018 at the age of 90.He was born October 9, 1927 to Andrew and Lucy Mortland in Hardin, Illinois. Andrew moved from Hardin to Yucaipa, California. He was a Los Angeles County Security Officer until moving to Lake Havasu City. He married his true love, Virginia, on April 21, 1956 in West Covina, California and they were blessed with 61 years together. He enjoyed music, playing games, and especially enjoyed spending time with his family. Andrew was also a member of Calvary Baptist church and enjoyed attending services. Andrew was preceded in death by his parents; Andrew and Lucy, and his brother Charles Mortland. He is survived by his wife, Virginia Mortland, his son Gregory Mortland and wife Laurie, his grandchild Michael Mortland and wife Jessica, his great-grandchild Robbie and his many nephews and nieces. A service will be held on April 14, 2018 at Calvary Baptist Church, McCulloch Campus at 1:00pm in honor of Andrew. Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
