I am so sad to learn of Jim's passing. My Husband and I would see him walking at Rotary every day for years. He always had something kind or witty to say. He gave me a Hershey's chocolate kiss last Valentines Day, so sweet! Our affectionate nickname for him was "Tom Brady" because he was such a Patriots fan. When we didn't see him we would worry about him. I remember seeing him sitting on a bench praying with his rosary. He touched my heart and I will miss him.

Family of James O’Connor,
There are few experiences more difficult than the loss of a loved one; no doubt Mr. O'Connor will be sadly missed., I find comfort in knowing death was not God’s purpose for mankind and his purpose has not changed.
God’s word is clear, “He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces”. (Isaiah 25:8). It is comforting to know that the grief and sorrow we experience is temporary. (Revelation 21:4). It is because of Jehovah God’s purpose and great love for mankind that the restoration of life is guaranteed!
Jesus not only spoke of the coming resurrection (John 5:21, 28, 29), he himself was resurrected by his Father and performed many miracles including resurrections. All such miraculous events took place on earth giving us a precious glimpse of what is to come.......seeing our loved ones again! (Acts 24:15)
As you cherish the many fond memories of Mr. O’Connor, may Jehovah God continue to bless your family during this difficult time and in the days ahead......
