Ed and I shared family through his uncle Art Briggs who was my 2 nd Cousin. Although I never met Ed face to face, we would call each other occasionally and talk of our family ties, share stories, discover new relatives in our ancestry and talk about our animals and hobbies. He always made me laugh. Our sometimes very long conversations were more laughing about stories shared than telling the story. I always hope to meet him in person... opportunity lost. You will be missed Ed. My condolences to Greg and Marcia and his many friends. Love, Cousin Peggie

I have uploaded two photos that are a reflection of my memories of Ed. The first one is his perch that he sat on most days to look out over the city. Amber, Petey, and Gracie would lay patiently at his feet. The second photo is of the sunrise that Ed was blessed to be able to witness daily, though this past year his health made it impossible for him to reach this area. I know I will sit there with my dog and think of him often. He will be missed.
