God blessed me by knowing Ron, we first met at Northrop Port Hueneme, along with Rosie, Milt Rosenstiel, Roy Weise, Bob Delgado, Mike Lackey, Ron Brown, and a God like figure named Russ Smith, the boss from Northrop Hawthorne. That was 1973 they all taught me alot, I'll never forget any of them, even the contractors.
Northrop became Our lives, and Northrop fulfilled our dreams.

Met Ron when he was a Jig and Fixture Builder in Plant 3 on 747 about 1974.
I was a new Tool Engineer, later he was in Mfg Egnr. with us, one of the best when it came to Major Tooling solutions.
Later we worked together on F-20 and on the F-18 at the West complex.
Ron was a great guy to have as a friend.

I first met Ron in 1968 at Northrop.
I helped him build the motor mounts for his first race boat, "G"job.
He was a great man to work with, very dedicated to his profession and his sport.
