I only knew Leo briefly. We played a few rounds of golf, attended Past Exalted Ruler meetings and had at least one evening meal together. He was such a wonderful person and will be missed. But I believe God will welcome him with open arms as he will be a great addition to heaven. God bless. Jerry

To Leo's Family: Dolly and I are saddened by the passing of Leo Arsenault. We became friends with Catherine and Leo circa 1978 while participating in various events at the Elks Lodge and later the Marine Corps League. Leo helped me when I was running for Judge in the Lake Havasu Precinct by making radio commercial for me. He had a great voice. I visited Leo near his birthday at his assisted living home. It was then that I noticed that he had declined substantially. We will miss Leo. Our best to Leo's family. It was an honor for us to know him. Michael and Dolly Centofanti, Lake Havasu City, Az.
