My Uncle "Jackson" will be missed. Throughout my career in the restaurant business and the changes that were made, Jackson always had many questions as to the changes and after the discussion I always felt better as to the change. My many dinners that were prepared at my parents house the Bargers were always guests to get caught up and just have family time together. Uncle Jackson I will miss you and am honored to be your nephew. I will miss our discussions, but I know you will always be there if I have a question. I love you. Curtis
