Dear Carol, my heart and prayers are with you. This is a time that only you can know what you're going thru but others have been there before you and love and sympathize with you. Whatever you're feeling is ok, people react differently to everything life throws at them and we certainly all mourn in different ways. I plan (at this time) of being in Michigan for a bit this summer so hope to be able to see you and give you a hug. God Be With You. Jackie

I am sorry to hear about the loss of Ken. It has been many years since I have seen him.
And yes, he did like his cars. He drove up to a family function in Cadillac many years ago in a new Pontiac Grand Prix that had a big V8 engine. He said he liked since it helped him be the leader of the pack all the way up 131 Highway.

Dear Carol,
Cathy and I saw the obituary this morning in the Cadillac paper and want to express our deepest sympathy. It brought back a flood of memories of the years with you, and then you and Ken, in Cadillac, the law office, the football years - so much. We are so very sorry to learn of Ken's death. Our deepest sympathy to you and all the family.

Carol and sons, I was so sad to hear of Ken's passing this morning. I have such fond memories of him growing up. His laughter always filled the room and his personality was larger than life. Ken always seemed to love life, and I know that you two brought great joy to mom and dad as life-long friends. One of my most favorite memories of Ken was when I was about 8 or 9 years old and he offered to babysit me while mom and dad attended a Rexair function (this was pre-Carol). I remember clearly that he took me in his Cadillac to get pizza and I thought his car was so cool - I am sure that he did too:)! The world lost a great man, but we are all better people for having known him. Sending love from Michigan.
