Hello, my name is Gail Cooper-Konrade and I graduated in 1969 from C.V. I knew Dana as friend in school and am so sorry to hear about his death. He called me 'Whoopiter' in high school, a nickname that I will never forget. I live in Fort Collins, Colorado and have not seen Dana since high school, but he called me on the phone about a year ago out of the blue and said "Whoopiter" is that you? I laughed so hard, and knew immediately who it was and was SO happy to hear from him. We laughed and had a wonderful catch up chat. We reminisced about old times..... My sincere condolences to Dana's family, he was a wonderful person and will be missed by all. See you in heaven my old friend, Whoopiter...

My name is Diana (Postal) Flesner and I recognized Dana's name in the paper. As a graduate of CVHS class of 71, I remember Dana but until talking to my friend Ruth (Titus) Verbrugge, didn't remember how I knew Dana. High School seniors don't always hang around with younger classmates. Ruth told me Dana was friends of Dan & Tom Hayley. Ruth dated Tom Hayley. What I remember about Dana was he was one of the best looking seniors at CV. I'm sorry I didn't know he lived here in Lake Havasu. I have been here since 1990. Please accept my condolences on your loss.

I worked with Dana for many years at Checker Auto and have seldom met anyone as nice as he. It was a pleasure working with him and enjoying a cocktail or two with him at my home. He will be missed! Ron & Patti Fiscella And Family
