Obituary of Frank Edward Dabney

Frank Edward Dabney, Jr. passed away on August 27, 2015 at 79 years of age in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born to Alice and Frank Edward Dabney, Sr. on July 17, 1936 in Mattoon, IL. He was married to Alice Kathlene Saippa on October 16 1966 in Las Vegas, NV; they were married for 48 years. Frank was a manager at Lucky Supermarket for 34 years. He enjoyed NASCAR, baseball, and his family. His daughter says that he was the best father a daughter could have ever wanted. Frank is survived by his wife, Alice Dabney of Lake Havasu City; son, Gene Peplinksi of Lower Lake; daughter, RaeLee Griswold, of Lake Havasu City, Robyn Shirley of Farragut, Iowa; brothers, Delmare, Haywood, Richie; sisters, Cheral, Jackie, Patty, Dotty; 10 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Alice and Frank Dabney, Sr.; children, Jeff and Mark Peplinski; and brother, Bob. He didn't want to have any services, just to remember how he was.
