I worked with Jim at MDOT. I didn't get to interact with him often as he was out in the field most of the time, and I was working the front desk and phones. When he did come into the office, he was a pleasure to talk to and I remember him being a very nice man. If more people would emulate Jim, this world would be a better place. Kathy (Forbes) Teitsma
