I worked with Roger in construction for a good number of years before moving to Chesapeake Bay, MD. He was one of the most interesting people I met in Lake Havasu. I enjoyed many hours talking with him and his brother, Ken. They always had the best stories. Rest in peace my friend. God Bless........Brent Golden

My husband Nathan H. Hurt and I have known Roger for quite a few years,. Roger introduced Nathan to the Golden K Kiwanis and even after Roger could no longer attend, they kept in touch. Roger was a gentle man who had a smile and kind words for everyone he met. Roger was also a gifted man with wood, he made several things for us and for me a special device for my pottery. We will miss this kind and gentle man dearly and we will remember him always. Nathan H. and Karin Hurt.
