Verna hired me at "Metro" in 1984. When she retired in 1989, I transferred to the Personnel/HR department and we kept in touch through the years. She and Fred really enjoyed their retirement and I enjoyed hearing about all their adventures. I'm sad that I won't be getting any more updates, but glad that she and Fred are together again!
