Obituary of Thomas Cleary

THOMAS ELZO CLEARY Thomas Elzo Cleary passed away on February 28, 2012 in La Mirada, CA at the age of 96. He was born in Ogden, UT on December 2, 1915 to Tommo and Dievertje (Vanderdoes) Maathuis. Thomas worked as an assistant lineman for the Department of Water and Power in Los Angeles, CA. He loved watching the LA Dodgers and Lakers. Working in his yard was his passion. Thomas is survived by his son Thomas K. Cleary of La Mirada, CA; 8 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 63 years Aleatha who passed 6 years ago; daughter Marilyn J. Summers who passed last week; a grandson and 3 siblings.
