Obituary of Michael Sean Hagerty

Michael Sean Hagerty Michael Sean Hagerty, 56, of Lake Havasu City, AZ, passed away on July 7, 2014 surrounded by his whole family. Mike was born in Covina, CA on January 9, 1958. After graduating high school, he pursued work in the construction field as a tile setter and stone mason in California. He worked many years for Ram Rod Tile Company with Ed Rodgers. He also worked on the Belagio and Mandalay Bay hotel casinos in Las Vegas, NV. Mike spent most of his life in California before moving to Lake Havasu City six years ago. He enjoyed fishing with his friends. He and friends went fishing from Mexico to the High Sierras. Mike was a friendly soul and "never met a stranger." He was loved and greatly adored by all his friends and family. Mike was also an active volunteer at the senior center for the past three years. Mike is survived by his mother, Patricia Hagerty, of Lake Havasu City, AZ; brother, Jim (Cindy) Hagerty, of Escondido, CA; sisters, Cathy (Brian) Hagerty, of Fullerton, CA, Bonnie Schneider and Kelly Johnson, both of Lake Havasu City, AZ; nieces, Whitney Hagerty and Chloe Johnson; nephews, Brandon Hagerty and Kyle (Ashley) Hagerty as well as other family and friends. Mike is preceded in death by his father, Dave Hagerty. A service will be held at 2:00pm at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home on Friday, July 18, 2014. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Havasu in Michael's name. Arrangements were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
