MICHAEL DEFOREST MARTIN
Michael DeForest Martin passed away on April 13, 2012 in Lake Havasu City, AZ at the age of 42. He was born in Reno, NV on July 22, 1969 to Robert DeForest Martin and Renee Gisele (Tydgat) Martin.
He loved the 49ers Football Team.
Michael is survived by his mother Renee G. Martin of Lake Havasu City, AZ.
Funeral Service will be held at Lietz-Fraze Chapel at 7:00 PM on Thursday April 19, 2012. Graveside service will be held on Friday April 20, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens.
