Kenneth John DePaul passed away July 8, 2012 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Kenneth was born in Newark, NJ on December 13, 1947 to Jerry and Ruth (Perry) DePaul. He graduated from East Brunswick High School in 1965. Kenneth joined the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam era and served there for 15 months on combat duty. While in the Marine Corps he earned 2 Purple Hearts, A Presidential Citation and a Bronze Star. Upon discharge Kenneth attended Seton Hall University and earned a Bachelors Degree. Kenneth was employed for 29 years at Whittaker Clark and Daniels in South Plainfield, NJ where he was an executive sales manager. He belonged to a variety of professional organizations that related to his industry. He met his wife Kathryn (Jernee) DePaul while in college and they were married for 39 years. Kenneth loved animals and donated to numerous animal rights organizations and was a marathon runner completing 8 marathons which included the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington DC. He is survived by his wife, Kathryn DePaul of Lake Havasu City, AZ; brothers Raymond DePaul of Old Bridge, NJ, Robert DePaul of Gilbert, AZ; sister Susan DeCabo of Old Brick, NJ; nephews; Christopher DePaul of Gilbert, AZ, Mathew DePaul, US Army, EJ Mangold of Old Brick, NJ; niece Tiffany Marigold of Old Brick, NJ. Services will be held at Lietz-Fraze Chapel Friday, July 13, 2012 at 11:00 AM with Deacon Jeff Arner offering words of comfort. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Kenneth's name to Hospice of Lake Havasu, PO Box 597, Lake Havasu City, Arizona 86403.
