Obituary of Norma Catherine Hiscock
Please share a memory of Norma to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Norma Catherine Hiscock (née Caron), born June 21, 1927, in Montreal, QC, Canada, passed away on January 18, 2024, in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, where she has been a resident for nearly 35 years.
Norma was a woman of wit and resilience, who found joy in the simplest things in life. She was a rockhound, and an avid knitter, often seen crafting booties and scarves with nimble fingers and a warm smile.
Norma found her calling at the local Senior center, where she not only worked but also volunteered her time. She was a fiercely independent individual who enriched the lives of those around her with her humor and strength.
Norma is survived by her great-niece, Wendy Byrum. She is predeceased by her beloved husband, Frank Hiscock, and her loving children, James Hiscock, Judy Baker-Olson, and Linda McMillen.
In the wise words of Ralph Waldo Emerson, "It is not length of life, but depth of life." Norma lived a life full of depth, touching many hearts and leaving behind indelible memories.
Please honor Norma’s memory by sharing your stories, photographs, and moments of her on this memorial page. Let us celebrate her wit, independence, and her loving nature, for these are the things that truly define her.
