Obituary of Karl Erick Krause

Karl Erick Krause passed away after a long illness at the Kingman Regional Medical Center in Kingman, Arizona on January 14, 2024. Karl was born on May 30, 1961, to Mary and Jerry Krause. He lived in Swanton, Ohio and attended Swanton High School. He moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and then to Kingman, Arizona where he had a great life of curating and selling antiques and collectibles. Karl volunteered at the Mohave County Museum located in Kingman, Arizona. Karl loved to cook and have friends over for every holiday. He was always one to make everyone feel at home and laugh the time away with his quick wit. He was a kind and caring soul who will be missed by those who treasured his artistic talents in photography and painting. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, sister Carol Falkey, and brother-in-law Ernest Raker. Surviving is his sister Victoria Raker of Napoleon, Ohio, brothers Jeffrey Householder (Grace), and Mark Householder (Deb Siller) of Swanton, Ohio. He had some great friends in Vincent Lines, Peggy James, and Chuck Murphy. Many other friends adored Karl and will miss him dearly. A small private Celebration of Life will be held with his local friends. A private graveside interment service will be held at a later date in Ohio.
