Please share a memory of Jaqueline to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Jaqueline "Jackie" Lourane Ojers (Sinclair), born on November 15, 1938, and peacefully called home by the Lord on December 24, 2023. A beacon of kindness, Jackie touched the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her. Devoted to her Christian faith, she radiated love, embracing a life of compassion and caring for those she encountered. In the 1980s, Jackie and her beloved husband, Bill, planted roots in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, where they forged lasting friendships. Later, their adventurous spirits led them on a journey of exploration, crisscrossing the country in their cherished motorhome. The nomadic duo eventually returned to Lake Havasu, drawn back by the joyous arrival of their first great-granddaughter. Jackie's talents knew no bounds. An artisan at heart, she poured her creativity into sewing, crafts, painting, crocheting, and stained glass. Her legacy lives on in the cherished pieces she crafted, each a testament to her skill and love. A family united by her warmth, Jackie documented their shared moments through the lens, compiling albums for each of her great-grandchildren, a tangible reminder of her enduring love. Married for an incredible 66 years, Jackie and Bill weathered life's storms together, raising two children: Billy and Janell. While Billy departed in June 2010, Jackie is survived by her devoted daughter Janell (Kyle) Sorenson. Her influence extends to a loving legacy of grandchildren: Chandle (Kevin) Doane, Nikki (John) Orozco, Kristen Walters, Karli (Chad) Aguilar, Alison (Jake) Landoni, Taner (Megan) Ojers, Jessica Sorenson, Kim (Christian) Fortner, and 11 great-grandchildren. In her final moments, surrounded by the love of her family, Jackie embarked on her journey to eternal peace. May her memory continue to inspire kindness, creativity, and the enduring bonds of family. Services were entrusted to the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
