Obituary of Rose Mary Hatton

Rose Mary Halton of Lake Havasu City, Arizona passed away on April 6th of natural causes. Rose Mary was born September 22, 1925 in Columbia, Louisiana. She was one of five daughters born to the late Fred A. and Martha Curry Roberts. In 1944 she married George Thorpe of Pierre, South Dakota and they lived the majority of their life together in Eugene, Oregon where they raised two children, Lester F. Thorpe and Darlene Thorpe. After her first husband's death in 1985, she married John Halton of Pendleton, OR. They were married for 25 years and resided in Lake Havasu, Arizona the last few years of their lives. Rose Mary is survived by her children Les Thorpe and Darlene Krug-Savell and her sister Dorothy. No services will be held in Arizona. She will be interred with her first husband George in Eugene, Oregon.
