Obituary of Reana Lynn Perkins

Reana Lynn Perkins, age 32, of Lake Havasu and all of nature, passed away on Sept. 17, 2023.
Reana was born on Sept. 25,1990.
Reana moved to Lake Havasu with her family when she was 2 years old. She spent her younger days in Lake Havasu and graduated from Lake Havasu High School (2009). She traveled as much as possible between her adventures, Lake Havasu was her home base.
Reana loved to travel; she went across Europe twice with the high school travel club. She would work different jobs that would let her be in nature; In Alaska at Mt. McKinley where she made snow angles on a glacier, In Yosemite National Park where she jumped from a cliff attached with a harness, she did a lot of hiking in Yosemite while wearing converse sneakers and a dress- her preferred hiking outfit. She worked in Yellowstone National Park; she did white water rafting and lots of hiking again in her Converse and dress. In Wisconsin she ran a zip line. She traveled with friends across this country seeing the outdoors. Everywhere she went she made wonderful lifelong friends.
Reana had many talents. She was an outstanding artist; she was a catcher for her softball team for 2 years. She won many soccer kick-off competitions. She completed 3 sky diving jumps. She was a Girl Scout till she graduated. Reana was a daredevil who was ready to try any adventure.
Reana is survived by her mother, Carol (Terry) Perkins, brothers, Kevin Perkins and James Perkins, sister, Brandy Perkins, Brother-in-law, Kyle Schneider, Nephew, Zachery Schneider, sister Jessica Heaston, nephews, Austin, Brandon, and Donovan Heaston, niece, Jocelyn Morin.
Reana was always happiest in the woods, so she will be planted to become a lovely Pine tree and placed in the Montana forest where her branches can always sway in the breeze.
