Obituary of David Paul Thompson

Please share a memory of David to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
David Paul Thompson at the age of 76 passed away on August 28th, 2023 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. David was a man of many chapters in his life’s book. He lived his life how he wanted and took responsibility for every decision he ever made. Some good, some not so good. But I think everyone would agree it made him who he was. A loving and caring person. David was survived by two Children, David Paul Thompson, II of El Paso TX and Cynthia Marie Keller of Lake Havasu City, AZ. Six Brothers and Sisters, Darwin Thompson of Fairbanks, AK, Dennis Thompson of Lincoln NB, Jacob Cohen of Keytesville, MO, Thea Parkerson of Highland, CA, Marilyn Moore of Lewisport, KY and Cathy Cohen of Newburgh, IN. Also survived by 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He will have lots of company in his afterlife chapters – proceeding him in death is his son David Paul Thompson Jr. His parents Theodora Layfatte Thompson and Myra Alyeen Cohen. His brothers Danny Thompson and Darrell Thompson. Let’s celebrate his life and all the chapters he wrote with a memory or thought of which chapters we were in. God Bless us all and comfort us.
