Born in Malawi South Africa on April 1, 1931. After attending some college in England John immigrated to America with the help of a sponsor in 1952. In his younger years. John enjoyed weight lifting and off roading in the desert. In his later years he enjoyed golfing, Formula One, and basketball. John was a United States Postal Carrier for Venice Beach Postal Service until he retired and moved to Lake Havasu City in 1992. John is survived by his long time friend, Connie Hermann of Hayden, ID: good neighbors, Gerald and Linda Stevens and Tami and Denise Fisher of Lake Havasu City AZ; and friend and caregiver, Renee Johnson, of Lake Havasu City, AZ
