Cheryl Dawn Belding passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2023.
She was born on September 10, 1943, in Los Angeles, CA. She moved to Golden Valley, AZ in 1973 with her 3 boys, Stephen, Aaron, and Jason Cossey. After moving to Kingman, Cheryl met the love of her life, Dean Belding, and they were married in 1977.
Cheryl was a waitress, a salesclerk, and a courier for Mohave County.
She was proceeded in death by her husband Dean in 1999, her son Stephen Christopher Cossey in 2002 and her sister Diane Lopez in 2021.
Cheryl was survived by her sons Aaron Todd Cossey (Cindi Davenport), Jason Lee Cossey (Teresa), her granddaughter Stephanie Anne Stewart (Ira) and her sister Debbie Bernardi. Her grandchildren Buddy Cossey, David Todd Cossey, Rebecca Violet Cossey, Sydney Dean Cossey, Tyler Michael VanderPlaats, Elizabeth Vargas and Sabrina Bland. She also had several great grandchildren, one on the way and a great-great-grandson.
She loved her family, and her kids and grandkids were her life. She also loved her animals and especially her dog Willy. Cheryl’s family loves her so much and she is greatly missed.
A private service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
