Jack “Red” Neal Fritchey
Feb. 29, 1936-July 16, 2023
Jack “Red” Fritchey ,age 87, of Lake Havasu City, passed away Sunday 16, 2023 at home while in the care of River Valley Hospice and surrounded by his Family.
Jack was born in Multnomah County, Oregan; the son of Archie and Aretta Fritchey. In addition to his Parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Tom Fritchey and sister Marge. Jack served in the Sea Bees (a Branch of the Navy) for 20 years and was a Diesel Mechanic. He retired and moved to Lake Havasu City for the last 15 years with his wife Jackie and son Joe from Oak View, CA.
Jack enjoyed camping, (was famous for the campout breakfasts}, motorcycle riding, was involved in many clubs through the years, such as the Woodmans, Masons, Moose Lodge of Oak View, CA, Optimist Club of Ojai, CA, American Legion, CA enjoyed Square Dancing. Upon moving to Lake Havasu, he joined the Gem and Mineral Club, and enjoyed polishing rocks and making things with them. He was a Ham Radio Buff.
Jack is survived by His Wife Jackie of 33 years Sons Joeseph Fritchey of Lake Havasu, AZ and Neal Fritchey of Holbrook, AZ, Stepson Danny Williams of Santa Maria, CA Stepdaughters Debbie Hoggard of Lake Havasu, AZ and Darlene Jansen of Shingletown, CA Sister in law Willie Droegmeyer (Stan}of Lake Havasu, AZ, [15] Grandchildren and (18) Great Grandchildren.

An Honorary Veterans Service will be held Sept 21st from 2 to 4 at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Rotary Park, Ramada Site “C” to follow.
