Please share a memory of Shauna to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Shauna Lynn Woodruff-Cook, age 43 passed peacefully in her sleep at home in Lake Havasu, Arizona on Wednesday, July 19th. A native of Southern California, Shauna grew up surrounded by a large, influential family of loving grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Shauna has always been a toes in the sand, wind in her hair kind of girl, she loved being at the beach, on the lake, and the back of a motorcycle. Her childhood was spent on the beaches of Southern California (where she was most happy), she and her sister, Amber loved roller skating, bike rides and trips to Big Bear in the winter. While working at Subway, she met her husband, Kevin (he became a regular and her favorite customer) in May of 2006 they joined their two crazy families in matrimony, surrounded by family and friends. Shauna loved having everyone together for every holiday and family fun nights were always her favorite, centered around celebrating, decorating, eating, crafting, singing, lots of laughter and love. Shauna is survived by her husband, Kevin, their sons, Jordan, Austin, Randy, and Parker, their two daughters, Sabrina and Kourtney, six grandchildren, her parents, Larry "Sonny" Woodruff, Regina Burke and Jon Burke, Shauna's only sibling, Amber Woodruff, her maternal grandparents, Florence and Fred, her beloved nieces, and nephews and lots of friends she always considered family. She will be deeply missed by family and friends, until we meet again, rest with the angels, Shauna Lynna. The family will plan a celebration of life for Shauna in the coming months, thank you all for your love and kindness during this difficult time. Services were entrusted to the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home. Thoughts and condolences can be sent to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.com
