Alan Wilmer Heppner, known as Big Al to those who knew and loved him, passed away in Lake Havasu City on June 27, 2023, at the age of 69. He was born to Clarence and Marian Heppner on May 21, 1954, in Fremont, Ohio.
Alan left Ohio and made his way to the Grand Canyon, before finally settling down in Lake Havasu City. Here he married the love of his life, Dianne Heppner on June 25, 1987. Together, they shared 36 years of adventures.
Alan is preceded in death by his parents; Clarence and Marian.
Alan is survived by his wife Dianne, son Dion, daughters Nicole and Claire, brother Jon, and 5 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to the American Heart Association.
