Obituary of Ronnie Paul Allen

Please share a memory of Ronnie to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Ronnie Paul Allen, 42, of Lake Havasu City died unexpectedly on January 17, 2023, after being fatally struck by a truck while riding his bicycle. We are devastated by this loss and completely unprepared. Ron was born on August 10, 1980, to loving parents Steve and Kathleen in El Paso, Texas. Ron graduated from Lake Havasu City High School in 1999. Ron was lucky enough to work beside his dad and brother in the family's construction business until his passing. Ron was a loving uncle to his nephews and adored his family. He had the most beautiful smile, an infectious laugh, and the biggest heart. He was passionate about music, and he could quote a line from any movie ever made (and he even used the correct accents!). Although Ron lived in Lake Havasu most of the year, his heart was in Sandpoint, Idaho. He loved spending time at the family cabin and being outdoors. He enjoyed hunting and was looking forward to finally getting his elk this year. Ron is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Dorothy and Chuck, as well his paternal grandparents, Evelyn and Miles. Ron is survived by his father Steve (Debbie), mother Kathy (Steve), brother Rod, sisters Teri and Julia (Michael), and nephews Tyler, Colton, and Tucker, as well as many cousins, aunts, and uncles. No services will be held in Lake Havasu, but a memorial will be planned at a later date in Sandpoint, Idaho, where Ron's ashes will be scattered in the mountains he loved. If you would like to honor Ron's memory, please consider donating to the Idaho Wildlife Federation, www.IdahoWildlife.org. Ron's presence is sorely missed and his loss is deeply felt. He loved riding that bike, and he was a cautious rider. His death is a reminder to always pay attention while you are driving. Until we meet again, Ron, our love for you has no end. We’ll see you later. Services were entrusted to the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home. Thoughts and condolences can be sent to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.com.
