Obituary of Nancy Rose Warner

Please share a memory of Nancy to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Nancy Rose Warner, loving and devoted wife, mother, Nannie, Great Grandmother and friend to all whose lives she touched. Nancy was born in Detroit Michigan five days after Pearl Harbor and moved to California in her teens graduating from Anaheim high school. She met her beloved husband Mike and they married in 1960. She was the treasured mother of Tammy (Dennis) and Susan (Gary) and stepson Scott (Stacy). She was the one and only “Nannie” to Ariel, Brady, Terra and Jake, the delights of her life, and Great Grandma to Ruger, the very special delight of her life. Growing up with 5 brothers Nancy was a very strong and courageous woman who survived two bouts with cancer. Many in Lake Havasu, Arizona will remember that Nancy had a longtime real estate career, was an active member of Relics and Rods, and volunteered or supported many organizations benefiting women and children. Nancy had an infectious laugh and a beautiful smile warming the hearts of everyone who knew her. She had a strong sense of patriotism, a wicked sense of humor and continued to smile and joke with her family and hospice care nurses. Nancy has requested that no tears be shed for her, instead do something kind for someone and think of her. Nancy was a very generous woman and in lieu of flowers she requested donations to help people in need be made in her honor. Services were entrusted to the care of Lietz Fraze Funeral Home. Thoughts and condolences can be sent to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.com.
