George Phillip Romero went to heaven on November 28, 2022, in Lake Havasu City, AZ at the age of 86. George was born to Max and Molly Romero on April 18, 1936, in San Bernardino, CA.
George was married to Helen Romero for 25 years and had three lovely sons; Steve, Don, and John.
George lived in Lake Havasu for 28 years and was a member of the Elks and Moose Lodge. Prior to moving to Lake Havasu, George ran two successful framing businesses for more than 40 years in San Bernardino, CA. He loved spending time with his family, driving his boat and wave runners on the lake, water skiing, hunting, and golfing.
George was the heart of The Romero Family, the life of the party who will be remembered for his kind, playful nature. He leaves behind his son, Don of Lake Havasu, daughters Sally Baragar and Cynthia Tompkins of Henderson, NV, brothers Max of Fremont, CA, and Robert of Yucaipa, CA. He will also be dearly missed by his 10 grandchildren, Arzsebet, Brianna, Jesstina, Kristin, Crystal, Jerred, Kelsey, Malorie, Brandon, and Irelynn; and 12 great-grandchildren, Drake, Holidae, Wyse, Rocky, Dotty, Ashtyn, Colton, Ellie, Rhyatt, Kash, Bennett, and Gavin. He will be missed by his companion Judy Tidwell.
George was preceded in death by his sons, Steve and John, his sister, Rose Fallon, and his beloved wife of 26 years, Patricia.
George requested that there be no service, rather that he be remembered in everyone’s heart.
