Obituary of Nancy Gayle Wendt

Nancy Gayle Wendt, 72 passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at her home in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Nancy was born on September 4, 1949 in Omaha, Nebraska to Bill and Donna Wendt. She went to school in Omaha and college in Pennsylvania. She worked for 30 years for the California Fish & Wildlife in Bishop, California. When her mother died in 2011 Nancy retired and moved to Lake Havasu City to be a caregiver for her father. She was a member of the Mount Olive Lutheran Church and enjoyed quilting, scrapbooking, painting rocks and all crafts. Nancy was preceded in death by her grandparents Bill and Mildred Wendt, Julius and Lyla Diers, parents Bill and Donna Wendt and cousins Suzanne Blouin and Al Diers. Nancy is survived by her cousins Mike Blouin, Bill & Sonna Struyf, Joyce Diers and their families.
