Obituary of Murray Woodward McLaughlin

We are sad to announce the passing of our dad, Murray W. McLaughlin. He was born November 7, 1937 in San Angelo Texas and passed at the age of 84 on July 17, 2022 in Lake Havasu City where he resided for 24 years. He was preceded in death by his Mother and Father, Arline McLaughlin and George McLaughlin. Survivors include his four children, Holly Thomas (Brian), Sherry Tougas, Murray G. McLaughlin (Deleree) and Clint McLaughlin. Seven grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. He graduated from Redlands High School in 1957. After graduation he enlisted in the Army and was stationed at the Nike Missile Base in Ohio. Dad loved restoring old cars and was active in the local car clubs. He enjoyed building and flying RC airplanes. He also enjoyed participating in the Cowboy Action Shoot (reenactment of the old west). He was a member of the Elk’s Lodge. We will miss him very much and hold him in our hearts until we are together again.
