Carol Ann Hackett, age 78, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2021. She was born in Providence, Rhode Island, on June 18, 1943, to Alfredo and Mary Petrone. Carol married the love her life, Thomas Hackett, in Providence, Rhode Island. They moved to Lake Havasu City, Arizona, in 1974, with their five children. She was a member of the Elks. Carol is survived by her son, Michael Hackett of Lake Havasu City, Arizona; her daughters, Catherine (Darin) Craig of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, Colleen (Mike) Lewter of Gilbert, Arizona, and Carol Ann (Morrie) Hively of Lake Havasu City, Arizona; her brother, Alfred (Joan) Petrone of Rhode Island; her sister, Shirley Pistacchio of Rhode Island; her six grandchildren, Erik (Kit) Craig of Los Angeles, California, Caitlin Craig of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, Jacob Lewter of Gilbert, Arizona, Samantha Lewter of Gilbert, Arizona, McKenna Nichols Hively of Tokyo, Japan, and Cole Hively of Italy; and her great-grandchild, Astrid Craig of Los Angeles, California. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Alfredo and Mary Petrone, her husband, Thomas Hackett in 1984, and her son, Thomas Timothy Hackett in 1992. Arrangements were placed into the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
