Obituary of Tyler V.C. Lawrence
Please share a memory of Tyler to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Tyler V. C. Lawrence, age 31, passed away unexpectedly in a tragic accident October 21, 2021.
Tyler had a heart of gold and was a sensitive, giving man. He was a hard worker, his determination made him able to accomplish whatever he put his mind to. Tyler was always willing to take on any challenge. He was so full of compassion and empathy for other people, always willing to step in and help if you needed it. He was a true selfless soul, so full of love. Tyler would want everyone to know that life is too short for hate. Embrace life with love.
Tyler was born on October 8, 1990, to Stephanie Thornton- Santoro and Vince Lawrence at Providence Colby Campus, in Everett, Washington. The first and only son, first grandson and first nephew. He is survived by both of his parents Stephanie and Vince, and his three sisters, Chelsey Lawrence, Erika Thornton and Kylie Thornton, and Bobby Shankle (his “brother from another mother”).
Tyler loved being outdoors. He wanted to live off grid and be self-sufficient. Recently, he traveled across the United States to Florida. Though he hated the bugs and humidity, he did not return to the wide-open spaces of the west until he was able to swim in the Atlantic with his pups. His creativity showed itself as he researched and modified his camper trailer to meet their needs.
He enjoyed tinkering and was always curious. He had a wonderful sense of humor and that mischievous smile that would come about when something popped into his head.
He loved being an uncle to his nephew, Declan. Tyler was very protective of his Momma and his sisters. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
