Obituary of Margarita MacKenzie Weer

Margarita (Margie) MacKenzie Weer, 82, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, passed away on September 27, 2021 in Sun City Arizona. Margie was born in Upland, California to Peter and Margaret Ramirez on March 29, 1939. She worked in advertising all her life and in Lake Havasu City she worked for KFWJ and the Today’s News Herald. She loved her job and if you knew her back then, she always had a smiling face and big blonde hair. Margie is survived by her husband, Gary Weer of Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She is also survived by her daughter, Cynthia Anderson of Meridian, Idaho and son, Daniel MacKenzie of Prescott, Arizona. Margie loved her granddaughters more than anything else, Daniele MacKenzie, Courtney MacKenzie, Sierra Anderson and McKenna Anderson. Her great-grandson was the apple of her eye, Matix Nicolas MacKenzie. Margie was also survived by one living brother, Raymond Ramirez of Prior Lake, Minnesota and nieces, Heather Schlegal and Serenity Haun. She will forever be missed and always be remembered.
