Obituary of Seth William Thompson

Seth William Thompson October 8, 2001-May 1, 2021 Seth William Thompson, 19, passed away May 1, 2021 in Kingman, Arizona. He was born October 8, 2001 in Germantown, Tennessee to Matthew and Shannon Thompson. He graduated from Lake Cormorant High School in 2020. He was currently a student at Northwest Community College. Seth is remembered by his family and friends as a smart, funny and fun-loving person. He loved physical fitness and enjoyed participating in the Lake Cormorant High School MCJROTC program where he was able to be a part of the PT team state championships 2017-2019. Seth also loved to cook and took pride in making new dishes for his friends and family. He loved to play video games with his friends. Seth was quiet, but funny and loved to surprise his family and friends with his quick wit when least expected. He loved traveling to new places and hiking, especially in US National parks. He was a member of The Church at Lake Forest (Baptist) in Walls, Ms. He is survived by his father Matthew Thompson (Teresa), his mother Shannon Thompson (Jeremy Dycus), his sisters, Vera Dycus, Ava Thompson, Mia Thompson, Presley Roberson, his grandparents, Dennis and Tammy Stanford, Susan Stanford and Debbie and Jimmy Thompson. A memorial service will be held at The Church at Lake Forest on Friday May, 21 2021 with visitation from 10am-12pm and service beginning at 12pm.
