Obituary of Carol Frances Cutshall

Carol Frances Cutshall, a 34-year resident of Lake Havasu City, Arizona passed away peacefully at home with family at her side on May 10, 2021. She was 87 years old.
Carol retired from Oto-Med in Lake Havasu City and spent her golden years with family and enjoying the lake.
She is survived by her children, Joe Cutshall of Rancho Cucamonga, California, Marcia Drewry of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, Karen Drewry of Oak Hills, California and Lisa Guffey of Running Springs, California, five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. Also, a sister, Gaila Noland of Franklin, Tennessee, and a brother Don Williams of Napa, California and nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Harry Cutshall of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, her sister Billie Cutshall of Fruita, Colorado and her brother Wayne Nailon of Hesperia, California.
Carol was born to Mary and Walter Snodgrass, on September 12, 1933 in Lincoln, Arkansas. Later, her family relocated to Ontario, California where she attended the local elementary and junior high schools, and Chaffey High School.
Later, she moved to Colorado, where she met the love of her life, Harry Stanley Cutshall. They were married on May 12, 1956 in Raton, New Mexico, and had a wonderful marriage of nearly 62 years! They moved their family to Ontario, California, where Harry had a blossoming career at General Telephone, and Carol became a lead supervisor at Sierra Precision. They raised their four children who all attended Chaffey High School as well, and had a beautiful life.
When it came time to retire, they sold their house, and built their dream home in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. While still young enough to continue to work, Harry landed a job at McCulloch, and Carol became the office manager at Oto-Med, both in Lake Havasu. After retiring a second time, they lived out the rest of their lives boating and fishing on Lake Havasu, entertaining family, gardening and traveling. Carol was a devoted wife and mother, who loved her family with all her heart. Some of her hobbies were sewing, quilting and ceramics. She was a member of Lake Havasu Baptist Church, where she volunteered in the children’s ministry.
A graveside service is scheduled for Friday, May 21, 2021 at 10:30 am at Bellevue Memorial Park in Ontario, California. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Lake Havasu Baptist Church on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at 1:00 pm.
