James M. (Jim) Brown
August 18, 1944 – January 7, 2021
James passed away into eternity in Lake Havasu City, Arizona on January 7th 2021. He was the devoted Husband and soulmate of his wife of 30 years, Diane. Beloved Dad and mentor to his stepson Matt McCauley.
James was born on August 18th 1944 to Merle Richard Brown and Eleanor Dorothy (LaSeure) Brown at the Naval Hospital in Miami Beach, Florida. He was five when they moved to River Falls, Wisconsin.
He was preceded in death by Parents Merle and Eleanor Brown, Brother Russel Brown, Mother in Law Leila (Marek, Boje) Wallace, best Friend Robert Overbay, and Fur Babies Elly and Smokey.
James is survived by his wife Diane of Lake Havasu City and Stepson Matt McCauley of White Bear Lake, Minnesota.
Brother in Law of Kenneth (Kay) Boje, Juline Boje-Kittleson (Robert Mayer) and Pamela (Joseph) Pangerl. Uncle of Kati (Lance) Bartel, Dani (Jake) Hutt, and Joey Pangerl. Timothy, Luke, Mara (Reed Howard) ad Phillip (Tacy) Boje. Great Uncle of Penelope, Magnolia, Hobart and Theadora Bartel. Andersyn and Austyn Hutt. Sydney and Ada Howard.
James was the owner of Apollo Pest Control in River Falls, Wisconsin. Upon his retirement in 2001, he and Diane moved to Lake Havasu City.
He taught us that Friends are everywhere, Life is Rich, and laughter is our best connection. He will be forever in our hearts.
His family requests that any memorials be made the to the Western Arizona Humane Society, Lake Havasu City.
Private graveside services will be held at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory and Memorials may be sent to the funeral home.
