Obituary of Loren Hancock

LOREN WAYNE HANCOCK Loren Wayne Hancock passed away on October 28, 2012 in Lake Havasu City, AZ at the age of 88. Loren was born on March 9, 1924 in Omaha, NE to Lynn Hancock and Adeline (Schnelle). Loren proudly served his country in the Army being honorably discharged in 1946 and receiving a Purple Heart and many other medals. He enjoyed square dancing, bowled on a bowling league, was a member of the American Legion and the VFW. In 1950 Loren married his wife, Twila in Shenandoah, IA making Arizona their home for 26 years. Loren is survived by his loving wife, Twila Hancock of Lake Havasu City, AZ; daughters Debbie Tyson of Lake Havasu City, AZ and Sandy Greaves of Yuma, AZ; sister Shirley Pfeifer of Lodi, CA; grandchildren Breck Tyson and Jamie Jacobs and 3 great-grandchildren.
