Obituary of Bob & Teri Dixon

Robert (Bob) J. Dixon, 59, and Teri A. Dixon, 64, passed away together on January 9, 2021. The couple moved to Lake Havasu, AZ by way of California to reap the rewards of their hard work and live out their retirement dreams in the peaceful community by the Lake. Bob and Teri met in the early 80’s when they worked in different departments at Priority One Electronics, a fitting beginning for a couple who were truly each other’s number one. Their love was unconditional, strengthened immensely by the challenges they endured together. Teri was a survivor of throat cancer and Bob survived a liver transplant. Although they never wasted a moment to begin with, their life experiences and triumph over their medical challenges motivated them even further to live each day to its fullest. While in Havasu they spent their time boating, attending festivals and car shows, visiting loved ones, going on driving adventures, connecting with their community, and taking care of their sweet baby dog, Miss Penny. They took Miss Penny on many of their travels and spent a lot of time at the dog park, enjoying the fresh air, beautiful scenery, and good times with their friends. Bob and Teri were a very giving and thoughtful couple who valued the relationships of their close family and friends. They were preceded in death by their parents John and Joan Dixon, Milton and Mary Shaffer, and are survived by their brothers and sisters; Tom Dixon, Chris Williamson , Michael Dixon, Michael Shaffer, Joseph Shaffer, Christina Koekkoek, Shannon Spinrad, and many loving Nieces/Nephews/Brother and Sister In-Laws, and countless dear friends. They will be dearly missed by all who knew them. Service Details will be announced when available.
