My family just heard of Arthur’s passing and are truly saddened. My mom, Eloisa Gomez Rivera, was his cousin. I remember visiting the Gutierrez family as kids and looking up to Art who was 4 years older than me. I remember he had a personality you wanted to be around just because you wanted to always be laughing. My condolences to his family. Edwina Rivera Cardenas

I am truly saddened to see this...........I haven't talked to Art in a couple of years, but we always had a great working relationship and yes, he loved to make people smile and laugh.......we often talked about lunch (and food!) and I gave Art my london broil tenderizing tip (Italian salad dressing!) and every time we talked, he told me how much more tender it made his london broil! You were a nice man and a good guy and will be missed. My condolences to his family.
