Kenneth Ray Hicks passed away on November 10, 2012 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Kenneth was born on April 2, 1942 in Rockford, TN to D.C. and Glayds Hicks. Ken grew up in a suburb of Cincinnati, OH where he met his wife, Susan. He worked as commercial refrigeration technician for the family business in Ohio until 1974. Ken moved his family to Lake Havasu City, AZ August 1974. He worked various jobs including the McCulloch Chainsaw Company and a few Air Conditioning companies when he arrived in Lake Havasu. Ken loved Lake Havasu City. He always dreamed of living in a resort town and thought the lake and desert were beautiful. Lake Havasu afforded him the lifestyle he dreamed of for his family. As much as Ken loved this city, he loved his family even more. His greatest joy was to see his wife, children and grandchildren happy and successful. Always positive no matter how tough life was he was an inspiration to his family and friends. Life held many adventures for Ken and he enjoyed every one of them, he will be greatly missed.
