Donna, my Havasu friend. I am so sorry to hear about your Greg. I will always remember him and the family at Bingo. Such good times and good memories. Also I remember when he was driving the Casino buses and we would run into him at the Casino as he waited to drive back home. We had nice visits with him.

What can I say? I lost the best big brother I could have ever hoped for. From the day I was born, he was my big brother. Someone who was always there, someone that I looked up to. All the trips to the beach as a kid, he was our summer baseball coach, the hundreds and hundreds of rounds of golf (never beat him once), all the events in my life that he was always there: graduations, wedding, the birth of my 2 boys. He even let me borrow his Porsche for the high school prom. Not many big brothers would let there little brother take their Porsche.....but he did. I will cherish the great times spent in Lake Havasu City and look forward to many more with Donna in the coming years. I will forever be grateful to him for being the best big brother I could have ever asked for. I will love and miss him forever. Love you Gregory!!

I am standing upon the seashore.
A ship at my side spreads her white
sails to the morning breeze and starts for the blue ocean.
She is an object of beauty and strength.
I stand and watch her until at length
she hangs like a speck of white cloud
just where the sea and sky come
to mingle with each other.
Then, someone at my side says;
"There, she is gone!"
"Gone where?"
Gone from my sight. That is all.
She is just as large in mast and hull
and spar as she was when she left my side
and she is just as able to bear her
load of living freight to her destined port.
Her diminished size is in me, not in her.
And just at the moment when someone
at my side says, "There, she is gone!"
There are other eyes watching her coming,
and other voices ready to take up the glad shout;
"Here she comes!"
And that is dying.

Dearest Donna and extended precious family members,
The suddenness of the loss of our "SPARKY" is so very difficult to process at this time. Taken to soon for sure. However, what lives forward is the treasured relationships that he nurtured/fostered that remain in our hearts today and always. BEST golfer I have ever had the pleasure and honor to play with. Hitting a golf ball 235 yards with a three wood and place it on the green three feet from the cup is heavenly. I say that his authentic gentleness to others and his competitiveness and mastery will be greatly appreciated in heaven like it was here on earth. I loved him and will miss him at brother Michael and sister Debbie's family table.

My deepest sympathy to Donna, the family and friends of Greg. Although I had not kept in touch over the years, Donna & Greg attended our 50th class reunion 2 years ago and I was able to chat with them then. Greg was my boyfriend in 9th grade at Dale Jr High.
