Obituary of Alvin Fred Borchert

Alvin Fred Borchert, known to his friends as “Al”, passed away on February 26, 2020 at the age of 97 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He was born in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin on August 24, 1922 to John and Esther Brochert.
Alvin served his country during World War II in the United States Army. He enjoyed golfing and spending time with his family. He was a member of Lamb of God Lutheran Church.
Alvin is preceded in death by his wife; Sandy, his parents; John and Esther Brochert, and his brother; Roland.
He is survived by his sons; John and Jerry (Martha) Borchert, daughter; Esther Vozza, step-daughter; Patricia (Paul) Marcus, and his grandchildren; Katherine, Taylor, Jordan, and Cameron.
A Memorial Service will be held at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at 1:00 pm.
