Sandra Kay Draper July 24, 1950 – February 24, 2020 Sandra Kay Draper, 69, passed away February 24, 2020, in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Sandy was born in Tehachapi, California to Raymond and Louise Love. Sandy married the love of her life, Bill Draper, in Eagle Point, Oregon. Together they shared 52 years of marriage and were blessed with two children, 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. They moved from Eagle Point, Oregon to Stateline, Nevada and then made Lake Havasu City, Arizona their home for the last 39 years. Sandy is preceded in death by her parents; Raymond and Louise Love, her grandson; Daniel Williams, her brother-in-law; Dan Draper and her father-in-law; Lee Roy Draper. She is survived by her husband; Bill Draper, her son; Jimmy Draper (Lori), her daughter; Angela Draper, her brothers Michael Love (Sheri) and Dennis Love (Dianna), her sister; Annetta Shults (Daniel), her grandchildren; Christopher Draper (Breezy), Christine Williams and Curtis Draper, her great grandchildren; Baylea Draper and Avery Draper and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Sandy’s name to Havasu Regional Medical Center Cancer Treatment Centre in Lake Havasu. Sandy’s Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, March 1, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Shugrue’s Bridge Room. Services were entrusted to the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
