Charles William Biener, “Bill”, 75, passed away December 17, 2019 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Bill was born June 3, 1944 in New York City, New York to William and Caroline Biener.
Bill met and married his wife Patricia in Washington. Bill and Pat were blessed with 21 years of marriage. They moved from Washington to Texas and finally making Lake Havasu City, Arizona their home.
Bill was a member of the Elks Lodge. He was a good dancer and enjoyed playing pool.
He was preceded in death by his parents; William and Caroline Biener.
Bill is survived by his wife; Pat, his son; Charles, his daughter; Ronna, his brother; Roy and 1 grandchild.
