Dear Carol and family, I was sadden to hear of Tom's passing. I know you will miss him deeply. I know you will treasure your memories of him. The good news is that you will see him again someday in heaven. He gets to spend his first Christmas with Jesus on his birthday! Having lost my husband and my youngest son, I find I need to get out in the world and make a difference with the time I have left because my lonely hours at home can lead to depression. I, too, know I will see them again some day.
A fellow classmate, Ken Metzger, brought by a picture of his 3rd grade class at Jefferson School and Tom was in the picture. I had forgotten that he attended Jefferson School as did I but we were in different classes. If I can get it loaded, Tom is the second one from the left in first row on floor. My sympathy and prayers to all of you. Grace Steckman
