I was so sad to hear Dwayne had passed away. I am his former Sister-In-Law Yvonne, and have so many fond memories of growing up around Dwayne.. how he put up with me as the Brat I was, is beyond me.
All the fun I had as a kid tagging around to the races with him. After the Girls were born watching what a good father his was with them.
I always missed you when you went out of our lives, I'm glad you saw me grow up to a woman and was able to meet my son.
I never meet your new family, I am sorry for their loss also. Your missed Dwayne.

My father is deeply missed Maria. Thank you for your very kind words.
It breaks my heart to speak that Lynn never called to inform Aprill or myself of his passing. We had to find out through social security from my mother Diane Donohoe.
Unfortunately, Aprill passed away a few months later of a heart attack. Leaving behind her 8 children and 15 grandchildren.
I know my they are together now in heaven flying free with the angels above.
My heart is broken.
Love, miss you dad.

Duane was a really great guy. I worked with him at the Road Department for 6 years. He enjoyed sharing his knowledge and experiences. He would often share events that would leave your laughing right along with him. He was kind man with a big smile. Duane will be forever remembered, forever missed.

I wrote the Road Dept. weekly newsletter (sent to a few hundred County residents) for many years and attended the weekly Road Dept. meeting when the upcoming work and projects were discussed. Duane was one of my favorites, of those I referred to as "my guys", the supervisors. He was always a great person to work with and provided thorough information to me, making my job easier. I will be at the funeral to pay my respects. He was much loved and respected by all who had the honor of working for and with him. Karen Thomas

Anyone who worked for Duanne can tell you what a great man he was. I can honestly say that Duanne was the best boss I ever had – and I’m willing to bet that everyone who worked for him feels the same way. He gave us all opportunity and then got out of the way. We tried and failed and learned. Truth, Honesty and Fairness. Those are just a few ways to describe Duanne. My prayers are with his family for peace and comfort during this difficult time.
